A very healthy delicious recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chickpeas (soaked for 6 to 8 hours and sprouted)

  • 1 capsicum finely chopped
    1 or 2 carrots grated

  • 1 big potato grated

  • 2 tomatoes finely chopped

  • 1 cup green peas roughly ground (optional)

  • 1 cup corn roughly ground (optional)

  • 15 French beans finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon curry leaves finely chopped

  • 4 or 5 green chilies finely chopped

  • Or 1 teaspoon red chili powder

  • 1 cup coriander finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon Coriander powder

  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder

  • 1/2 tablespoon garam masala (optional)

  • 1/2 lemon juice (optional)

  • Salt to taste

  • Pinch of turmeric powder

  • Oil or ghee or butter to fry

Directions

  • Coarsely grind chickpeas.
  • Add all the vegetables, green peas, corn, green chilies or red chili powder, salt, curry leaves, coriander, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala and Mix well. Add lemon juice and mix well (optional).
  • Heat the pan and apply a little oil or ghee or butter. Make patties or shape cutlets and fry on both sides till they turn golden brown.
    Serve hot with any chutney or sauce.

Notes

  • Any other vegetables of choice can be added ,it should be finely chopped or grated
