Millets poha / attukulu 2 cupboiled potato 2 bigsize
Green chilles finely chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
wheat flour 1cup
Water 1 glass
Oil 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Jeera 1 tbsp
Jeera 1 tbsp
Carrot ½ cup
Fresh grated coconut ½ cup
Directions
- Make a fine powder of poha
- Add finely chopped green chili and add ginger paste fry for a min
- Add salt and water bring to boil .
- Add poha powder mix well without lumps
- Add grated coconut and carrot together and mix well let mixture cool down.
- Now add boiled potatoes in bowl and mix with poha
- Knead the dough well
- Add whole wheat atta and mix well ,so that it has dough consistency
- Take a small portion of dough place on roti maker roll with rolling pin like chapathi
