Ingredients


  • Millets poha / attukulu 2 cup

  • boiled potato 2 bigsize

  • Green chilles finely chopped 1 tbsp

  • Ginger paste 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste

  • wheat flour 1cup

  • Water 1 glass

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp

  • Jeera 1 tbsp

  • Jeera 1 tbsp

  • Carrot ½ cup

  • Fresh grated coconut ½ cup

Directions

  • Make a fine powder of poha
  • Add finely chopped green chili and add ginger paste fry for a min
  • Add salt and water bring to boil .
  • Add poha powder mix well without lumps
  • Add grated coconut and carrot together and mix well let mixture cool down.
  • Now add boiled potatoes in bowl and mix with poha
  • Knead the dough well
  • Add whole wheat atta and mix well ,so that it has dough consistency
  • Take a small portion of dough place on roti maker roll with rolling pin like chapathi
