CABBAGE – 1 cup (small pieces)
Carrot -1
Onion -1
Spring onions- 1 cup (small pieces)
Chili sauce-2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Maida-2spoons
Corn flour -2spoons
Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
Oil for deepfrying
- Gravy:
Onions-1
Garlic -5 cloves
Oil -3spoons
Soya sauce-2tbsp
Chili sauce -1/2spoon
Tomato sauce-2 tbsp.
Corn flour -2 spoons
Salt -1tbsp
Directions
- First take chopped and shredded cabbage carrot, onions, spring onions into a bowl
Mix them all well - Add small amount of ginger garlic paste salt Maida and corn flour
- Mix well with hand and make them into small balls
- Heat the Kadai and pour oil for deep fry
- Now fry the balls and keep aside
- For Gravy
- Take a large Kadai and keep it on the stove
Pour little amount of oil and wait till oil get heats up - Now add some ginger garlic paste fry slightly
- Put chopped onions, carrot(make them small pieces) allow them to fry for sometime
- Further add soya sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, some salt
- Add 2 tbsp. corn flour into 1 cup water mix well and pour it in Kadai and fry all for 2 mins, now
add Manchurian balls into it - Sautee for another 2 minutes
