Ingredients for manchuriya

  • ‌CABBAGE – 1 cup (small pieces)

  • Carrot -1

  • ‌Onion -1

  • ‌Spring onions- 1 cup (small pieces)

  • ‌Chili sauce-2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tbsp

  • Maida-2spoons

  • ‌Corn flour -2spoons

  • ‌Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp

  • ‌Oil for deepfrying

  • ‌Gravy:
  • Onions-1

  • Garlic -5 cloves

  • ‌Oil -3spoons

  • ‌Soya sauce-2tbsp

  • ‌Chili sauce -1/2spoon

  • ‌Tomato sauce-2 tbsp.

  • ‌Corn flour -2 spoons

  • ‌Salt -1tbsp

Directions

  • First take chopped and shredded cabbage carrot, onions, spring onions into a bowl
    ‌Mix them all well
  • Add small amount of ginger garlic paste salt Maida and corn flour
  • Mix well with hand and make them into small balls
  • Heat the Kadai and pour oil for deep fry
  • ‌Now fry the balls and keep aside
  • For Gravy
  • Take a large Kadai and keep it on the stove
    ‌Pour little amount of oil and wait till oil get heats up
  • Now add some ginger garlic paste fry slightly
  • Put chopped onions, carrot(make them small pieces) allow them to fry for sometime
  • Further add soya sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, some salt
  • Add 2 tbsp. corn flour into 1 cup water mix well and pour it in Kadai and fry all for 2 mins, now
    ‌add Manchurian balls into it
  • Sautee for another 2 minutes
  • our yummy veg Manchuria is ready to serve
